+No Smoking on property

+No Pets allowed for Short term Stays under 30days

+No Bikes, Kayaks or Paddleboards stored on patios & balconies

+No Towels hung over balconies

+No kids playing in elevators or stairwells for safety

+No parking in unassigned spots

1) Open from 8am-10pm                   (Seasonal from June - September) 

2) No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk.

3) The pool and spa are for residents and resort guests exclusively.

4) NO GLASS in the pool area. Not only is broken glass dangerous but if there is a concern that any got in the pool, regulations require us to drain and clean the pool which would shut it down for everyone for days if not weeks.

5) Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

6) Regular diapers are not allowed in the pool. Only swim diapers are allowed.  Please, if

you have any concern with your child fouling the pool use a swim diaper. If the pool is

fouled in any way it must be closed for everyone and be chemically treated. There is a

washroom right next to the pool area. Peeing in the pool depletes the chlorine which can

create an unhealthy environment.

7) Please shower before entering the pool, especially if you have just come from the beach.

8) No noisy or disruptive behavior. Also please be considerate of other swimmers and keep

the large floaties for the lake. The pool can get quite crowded in the summer and it is

here for all to enjoy.

9) No diving, No Smoking, No Dogs or animals

10) Please do no try to reserve lounges and chairs with towels; you may not find them when you return.

11) There are trash and recycling containers by the pool area. Please use them.

12) Large floaties should not be used in the pool.

13) Please don’t pee in the pool.

+ The fitness center hours are from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm daily.

+ Barona Beach is not responsible for lost or stolen property.

+ No one under the age of 16 is allowed in the fitness center, under adult supervision or not.

+ The fitness center is only available to Barona Beach owners and their guests.

+ Appropriate gym attire is required at all times, including proper closed top athletic shoes and clean clothes.

+Dress shoes, boots, sandals and beach attire is not permitted.

+ No glass or food allowed; plastic bottled water/sports drinks are permitted.

+ Pets are not permitted in the fitness center.

+ Please limit use of any one piece of equipment to 30 minutes if someone else is waiting.

+ Please use proper etiquette and behaviour. Horseplay, profanity, etc. will result in expulsion from the facility.

+ Please be considerate of others and wipe off equipment, benches, etc. when you are

done using them. Disinfectant and disposable towels are provided in the equipment area by the machines.

+ Please use the equipment as it was intended and leave it as you found it.

+ Please do not drop dumbbells or free weights as a courtesy regarding noise for the units in close proximity to the gym.

+ Jumping rope is not permitted in the Fitness Center.

+ Users will be held responsible for damages to equipment.

+ Users must exit Fitness Center promptly before closing time.

If your unit was supplied with an assigned boat slip, the following apply. The general Dock Rules apply to anyone using the docks for leisure or swimming. The rules are also posted on the docks.

1) All the slips are individually assigned and not for general use.

2) The docks/slips cannot be used for commercial purposes, (ie: boat/craft rentals, charters, etc.).

3) No use or storage of any fuels is permitted on the docks. Boats and other watercraft cannot be fueled from the docks by jerry can or any other method. 

4) Nothing should be tied to the docks or slips. All watercraft must be moored using freestanding lifts. There are no “temporary” tie ups allowed on the docks or in any of the slips. Any watercraft tied to the docks, anchored in the water, beached or left unattended will be towed at the owner’s expense.

5) There is no running on or diving from the docks or slips.

6) Swimming is not allowed in the slip area and only in the designated areas between the two docks or off the end of the docks.

7) There is no smoking on the docks.

8) Pets must be leashed on the docks.

9) Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult on the docks.

1) Before entering the hot tub, you should consult with your doctor if you are elderly,

have heart disease, diabetes or high or low blood pressure, are taking medication for

cardiovascular or nerve disorders or are pregnant.

2) When in the hot tub YOU MUST always enter and leave the hot tub slowly and

cautiously. Keep long hair out of the water, away from all underwater fittings, especially

suction fittings.

3) You must not stay in the hot tub for more than 10 minutes at a time, totally immerse your

body or use when under the influence of alcohol or intoxicants.

4) Keep young children under 7 years of age, especially infants, out of the hot tub.

5) Ensure that you are not ill, including diarrhea, a communicable disease, vomiting, open

sores, bandages, head colds, discharging ears or noses, or infected eyes when using

the pool/spa.

6) Unsupervised use by children is not allowed.
